My first IT job was straight out of university in England, working on the helpdesk in a community college. I rapidly developed a reputation as the person who could learn quickly and take on responsibility, I held onto these traits through all my years of employment.

In 2017 I was barely sleeping, I would get home from my day job at 7pm. Eat dinner at my keyboard. Work again until 2am, then do it all over again. I spent most of my weekends doing security patching and remediation for clients. I knew something had to give so I quit my day job and went full time in the business.

Since 2017 we have grown year on year and my team have grown with us. I am proud to say we haven’t lost a single employee, which is unheard of in this field.

We currently support clients in AZ, CA, NV, IL, TX and even the Philippines. We have a core group of employees and long-term friends who are contractors for specialist projects.

Brian Northrup

Graduating from ASU with his bachelors in Computer Systems Brian quickly established himself as a hard worker specializing in clinic setup and operations for Cranial Technologies.

Looking for a new challenge he found a position in a growing MSP and moved up the ranks to Service Desk Manager before joining the NGR team in 2019.

Brian’s well known for his customer satisfaction, always putting in the time to do things the right way.

For fun he likes to kayak and hike the spots around Arizona when weather permits!

Jay Cabaluna

Jay has been with us since 2021 after working in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry for many years. He was the go-to guy for many startups due to his wide knowledge of technologies and how to get things done on a tight budget.

He cut his teeth with us being the primary technical resource for a large Arizona based Burger King franchise. Handling urgent software and hardware issues remotely.

His work ethic and willingness to do what is necessary for the client gets him frequent high praise.

For fun, Jay enjoys going away for long weekends exploring the country on his motorbike.
